Hi! I'm Bridget Wardell, owner of Next Level Transaction (and hopefully your new favorite transaction manager).

My passion for real estate began while working in vacation rental property management in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where I discovered how much I enjoy organization, communication, and attention to detail.

After returning to Chester County in 2019, I found my calling in real estate transaction coordination. Over the last 7 years I have successfully managed more than 1,200 real estate transactions. Throughout that time, I developed streamlined systems, built lasting relationships with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients, and gained extensive knowledge of the transaction process from contract to closing.

I created Next Level Transaction with one goal in mind: to give real estate agents the confidence and freedom to focus on growing their business while I handle the details behind the scenes. From contract management and compliance to communication and deadline tracking, I'm committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
