Hi! I'm Bridget Wardell, owner of Next Level Transaction!

I was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated from West Chester University. The day after graduation, I packed up and moved to the Outer Banks. I spent a few years there working in vacation rental property management, and that's where I really fell in love with real estate! I loved the properties, the people, the fast pace, and all of the moving pieces that went into making everything run smoothly.

In 2019, I brought that love of real estate back to PA. I got my license and jumped right into transaction management! Fast forward 7 years, and I have successfully helped close more than 1,200 real estate transactions! Throughout that time, I developed streamlined systems, built lasting relationships with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients, and gained extensive knowledge of the transaction process from contract to closing.

I created Next Level Transaction with one goal in mind: to give real estate agents the confidence and freedom to focus on growing their business while I handle the details behind the scenes. From contract management and compliance to communication and deadline tracking, I'm committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
